How we work

From introduction to direct supply.

One clear line from your requirement to a unit on site. Namera does the sourcing and the commercial groundwork; you stay in direct control of the contract, and the manufacturer supplies you directly.

The process

Four steps, one direct line to the maker.

We make the introduction and support the commercial side. The contract, payment and supply run directly between you and the manufacturer — here’s how that works in practice.

01

Your requirement

Namera

Tell us what the project needs — ratings, voltage, phases, cooling, tap-changing, quantities and timeline, along with any single-line diagram or specification you already hold. We work through it with you so the enquiry that reaches the manufacturer is complete and unambiguous.

02

Matched quotation

Namera

We introduce your requirement to an established manufacturer and bring back a specification-matched quotation — pricing, lead time and technical detail. If anything needs clarifying or adjusting, we put that to the manufacturer and come back to you, so you get a quote you can actually compare and act on.

03

Direct contract

You & the manufacturer

When you’re ready to proceed, you contract and pay the manufacturer directly. No reseller sits in the middle and no resale margin is added — it’s a clean line to the people who build the units, on the manufacturer’s terms.

04

Manufacturer supply

Manufacturer

The manufacturer builds, factory-tests, delivers and warrants the units — directly with you. Specifications, certifications, delivery, installation, warranty and after-sales all sit with them, on their documentation. Namera stays available as your UK commercial point of contact throughout.

Introducer notice

Namera works as an independent introducer: we connect you with the manufacturer and support the commercial process, and your contract is directly with them. That means the manufacturer — as the producer and seller — stands behind the product itself: specifications, certifications, pricing, warranty, delivery, installation, maintenance, repair and returns are all handled directly between you and the manufacturer, on their documentation and terms. Namera doesn’t manufacture, sell, import or supply the equipment, and isn’t a party to the sale. For anything technical or contractual, the manufacturer’s official documentation is the authority. Namera’s role is the introduction and the commercial support, not the supply of the goods.

Why it works for you

What the direct model gives you.

A clean line to the maker

Technical questions and changes go straight to the people who build the unit, not through a middleman.

No reseller margin

You buy direct from the maker, not through a layer of resale — better terms and a shorter line.

A UK point of contact

A UK-based engineer on the commercial side, in your timezone — for enquiries and quotations, not a call centre.

Tell us about your project.

Book a 30-minute intro call or send an RFQ — we’ll come back with a specification-matched quotation from the manufacturer.
